Will helped us set up a Synology NAS. After our initial meeting, he emailed all the items needed, and then we had a Zoom call, where he showed us the whole set up. He then took over our computer and went through the whole set up based on our preferences. He also recorded the whole meeting for our convenience and reference. SpaceRex (Will) is worth every penny and time if you need an expert with Synology NAS (~Server) or Synology Routers… and even other makers of Routers that may be creating a conflict. I am very grateful that this gentleman actually knows what he is doing and can efficiently review your settings and setup to hopefully avoid any future problems and probably remove some unneeded items we all install thinking it might be useful (but isn’t). If you are like me, you read and watched possibly some videos about the installation and setup of these things and invariably make a number of changes that in the end are not best. This is where Will (SpaceRex) is perfect to hire to take a look and clean up & configure things that actually help with your programs, data, & peace of mind… since I can almost guarantee you is needed at the very least from a SECURTY perspective. I use my NAS for both personal files and as a remotely accessed business unit for all our files. Works beautifully but I knew it needed to be looked over to ensure optimal security and optimal configuration for use and back ups. You never know what mistakes your employees or you may make that will be rescued by proper AUTOMATIC backups to instantly save your butt.
